Can I try RevSheller for free?
Yes! The free tier gives you 1 concurrent session with a 5-minute idle timeout. No signup required — just click "Create Listener" on the homepage. Create an account to track your sessions across devices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Go to the account menu, click "Manage Plan", and then "Manage Subscription". Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
What happens when a session times out?
Sessions are automatically torn down after the idle timeout (5 min for free, 60 min for paid plans). "Idle" means no data has been sent or received. Active sessions stay alive as long as traffic is flowing.
Do you store shell data?
No. Shell I/O is relayed in real-time and is never written to disk or logged. Once a session ends, the data is gone — there is nothing to retrieve or subpoena.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?
Pro is for browser-based use — unlimited sessions and longer timeouts. Pro Plus adds forward shells (connect TO a target host:port), the bridge agent for isolated VPN networks (HTB, THM, Offshore), a programmatic API key for scripts and CI pipelines, and everything in Pro.
What are forward shells?
Forward shells let you connect outbound to a target host:port — the opposite of a reverse shell. RevSheller opens a TCP connection to the target and relays it to your browser terminal. The target must be reachable on a public IP (private/RFC1918 addresses are blocked). This is a Pro Plus exclusive feature.
